My Approach & Values


Nkululeko is passionate about promoting impactful psychological services to people of different backgrounds and ages. He has special interest in working with children (6+), adolescents, young adults and families who seek support with various psychological challenges such as adjustment, anxiety, behavioural problems, depression, relational and scholastic difficulties. He works from a predominantly psychodynamic therapeutic approach. He is also trained in CBT and DBT modalities which allows him to provide therapeutic services that are adapted to the needs of individual client.

He conducts psycho-educational assessments for children of school-going age. These assessments identify areas of cognitive, academic, emotional and neurological strengths and/or weaknesses in a child’s development. He is able to provide services in various languages such as English, Zulu, Tswana, Xhosa, Sotho and Pedi.
