Jessica is a passionate Clinical Psychologist, experienced in guiding individuals and couples through their journey towards emotional well-being. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. She is committed to helping clients uncover their inner strength and resilience. By fostering a safe and nurturing environment, she strives to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, heal from past wounds, and ultimately, to flourish as the best versions of themselves.
Jessica has a strong foundation in psychodynamic principles, and enjoys taking a holistic approach to therapy, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities which best fit you. She is specifically passionate about Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as short-term therapy to assist clients struggling with complex personality difficulties. Prior to training as a Clinical Psychologist, Jessica was a Registered Psychometrist and has experience and knowledge performing assessments with children and adolescents for a variety of reasons.
